All bedrooms have silent ceiling fan and double glazed windows. One of the bedrooms has two single beds and the other has a double bed with the possibility of converting it into two single beds if requested. Possibility of installing a travel cot and high chair for babies.
From November 2025, it will be possible to rent year-round through an 11-month seasonal rental agreement for €1,250 per month (utilities included up to a limit of €100 for water and electricity per month). One month's rent is payable in advance, plus a two-month security deposit, for a total of €3,750 upon signing the contract. This daily rate will not apply to any other rental options of varying durations, such as tourist rentals with a maximum stay of two months. For seasonal rentals, the tenant must demonstrate that their primary residence is elsewhere and that the property rented through us serves their temporary housing needs for work, study, or vacation purposes.

It is required to formalize a lease when the apartment is delivered signed by both owner and guest, in accordance with the provisions of Decree 31/2024, of January 29, which modifies various provisions regarding housing for tourist use, tourist apartment establishments and hotels of the Autonomous Community of Andalusia.
If you want an invoice for your stay, it is exempt from VAT following article 20.1.23 of the VAT law (since no hotel service is provided during the stay, restaurant service, etc.)
