The tourist apartment Daysel nº 5 at Residencial Luna is well located at the centric Numancia 15 building, 200 meters from the beach and town centre. 75 m2 apartment with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, spacious living room with sofa bed (fifth guest) , balcony and kitchen. Common big patio,  and common big chill out with amazing sea views, to share between 6 apartments.  Wifi with optial fiber. Big roof-top to clean and dry the kitesurf material. Free parking at the street, also free public parking at bullring just 100m.

Seasonal rental available from November 2026 till March 2027 for 1.300€/month with a security deposit of one month´s rent. This apartment is not available for long-term rental as a permanent residence, only for vacation, work, or study purposes, which must be duly justified. Registering your address at this property is prohibited, and the tenant must maintain their primary residence registered elsewhere.

All bedrooms have silent ceiling fan and double glazed windows. One of the bedrooms has two single beds and the other has a double bed with the possibility of converting it into two single beds if requested. Possibility of installing a travel cot and high chair for babies.

Each apartment has two mobile heating devices.

Chill out area is open from 09:00 am, to  00:00 at night,  to avoid disturb neighbors with a possible too much noise ( chill out  is upstairs with sea views). 

The  big patio with an andalusian stile, which unifies the entrance to each apartment, it is available at any time.

Maximum 5 guests.

Free street parking. Free public parking at the bullring, 100 m away. Covered parking space available 200 m away for €15/night (please check availability).

It is required to formalize a lease when the apartment is delivered signed by both owner and guest, in accordance with the provisions of Decree 31/2024, of January 29, which modifies various provisions regarding housing for tourist use, tourist apartment establishments and hotels of the Autonomous Community of Andalusia. 

If you want an invoice for your stay, it is exempt from VAT following article 20.1.23 of the VAT law (since no hotel service is provided during the stay, restaurant service, etc.)
